How it works
Three simple flows, one honest ledger.
Deposit food
Your food becomes your balance
- 1 Choose the food and quantity
- 2 Submit the deposit request
- 3 Bring the food to the collection point
- 4 Staff weigh it and enter what actually arrived
- 5 Stock and your food balance go up
Withdraw food
Take back what is yours
- 1 Choose food from your balance
- 2 Submit a withdrawal request
- 3 Staff approve and set the food aside
- 4 Collect it in person with your request number
- 5 Your balance goes down after collection
Borrow food
A loan in food, not in cash
- 1 Request the food you need and say why
- 2 Staff review and approve (maybe a smaller amount)
- 3 Collect the food — your loan becomes active
- 4 Repay in food, all at once or in parts
- 5 The loan closes when nothing is owed
Two separate balances. "My food" is what you deposited and may withdraw. "Food I owe" is what you borrowed and must repay. One never changes the other.
